Alaska Public Safety Employees Association Endorses Senator Sullivan for Reelection

ANCHORAGE, AK – The Alaska Public Safety Employees Association of Alaska (PSEA) has announced its endorsement of Senator Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska) for reelection.

“On behalf of law enforcement and public safety employees across Alaska, I am proud to announce our endorsement of Senator Dan Sullivan,” said PSEA President Dave Jones. “Dan is committed to keeping Alaskans safe and has a deep understanding of the unique law enforcement challenges that our State faces. He is a strong voice for public safety at the federal level and has tirelessly advocated for the resources needed to help us keep Alaskans safe. We look forward to our continued partnership throughout his next term in the U.S. Senate.”

“While many are attempting to ‘defund the police’, Senator Sullivan has and will continue to fight against this misguided national agenda,” said Alaskans for Dan Sullivan Campaign Manager Matt Shuckerow. “Senator Sullivan has worked to secure resources to hire more public safety officers across Alaska and believes that we need more funding for law enforcement, not less.”

Throughout his first term in Congress, Senator Sullivan has worked hard to advance issues critical to Alaska’s law enforcement officers and public safety professionals. He strongly opposes harmful efforts to defund our police, believing such actions would be disastrous for our country and State.
